About Us

The Storage Place Cooloola was established in 2004 after discovering there was a need for storage in this growing region. In 2012, we decided that we needed to be more hands on, so we built our house on site. This has allowed us to keep our grounds to a high standard of cleanliness and also maintain greater security vigilance by always being present - especially after hours. We now have 17 different size sheds on offer to cater to all your storage needs. We believe we are the most user friendly facility in the area.

A state-of-the-art surveillance system ensures the safety of your possessions. With the business owners living on site not only do you have a human security presence 24/7 we are also available for any extra requirements you may have. Because of our keyless entry only our customers have access to the site and all entries are logged electronically by our access system.

  • What sizes of Storage space do you offer?

    Our storage spaces range from 1.5m x 3m to 9m x 3m. Use the space estimator or contact us to find the best solution to meet your needs.

  • What type of security does The Storage Place Cooloola have?

    Our facility has 24 hour video surveillance.  Each customer has a remote access key pad with an individual access number attached that allows us to track all those who come in or out of the facility 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.  The facility has night time censor  lighting, as well as a live-in on-site caretaker.

  • Do I need insurance to hire with The Storage Place Cooloola?

    Goods held in self storage remain the responsibility of the storer (i.e., you). We strongly recommend that all customers invest in insurance coverage. We can recommend an Insurance company that will be happy to help you.

  • What can I store in The Storage Place Cooloola?

    From cars, small caravans, boats to furniture, tools and equipment to boxes and more we’ve got the space to fit your storage needs. Please note: Hazardous, illegal, stolen, perishable, environmentally harmful or explosive goods are not permitted in our facility.

  • How do you keep your storage spaces clean?

    After each customer vacates a unit our staff conducts an inspection and thorough cleaning. Each individual unit is treated for pests before you take possession and after you leave at no extra cost.

  • Will anyone else have a key for my storage space?

    Absolutely not! Bring your own lock or purchase one from the hardware store conveniently located next door.

  • Do you offer long term storage options?
